Thnaks ewartd. Hartleys opinion is understandable given they are PCL's corproate advisor and were lead brokers in the 200 million share placement. Couldn't really say anything else really could they! Never the less, let's hope a few potentials don't know that and buy. LOL.
PS. I rate it as a buy too.
