My reading of MB's comments is that TZ is expecting to sign a major deal "4 weeks or so" from the AGM.
The fact that TZ has been approached and is quoting for major deals means that TZ cannot be far away from landing a very large deal.
Do not forget that TZ has stressed that TZ products are protected. Perhaps, no other company has the legal right to sell similar products in "TZ's regions"? Could make it a one horse race!
