That's the catalyst, Frank. Permits are the key, but I think it's just a formality that this will occur. No company would invest these huge amounts of $$$s on exploration with a high chance to be told to up anchor and piss off! Permits will all happen as sure as the sun comes up in the morning.
BTW, add another 400,000 ozs to that earlier figure and make it 2.4m ozs, LOL!
