I was looking into this share but I am put off in three ways.
1. SP is above book value.
2. ROE for last couple of years has been sub-standard.
3. They paid more in dividends then what they have earned in the last few years.
They are expecting a better return for the next two years but I have to question that given the current economic climate.
I hope for your sakes that it does have a great year but this one is not for me right now.
