how good would it be to see AVB finish double figures for 2012, or even have a bloody good crack at that 10.5-11c wall this arvo?

I'm not so sure we will get late news today, it usually comes on the open with AVB.

And the sellers are building again. Looking good though, up 5% and yes a 10c finish to the year is a nice feel, if we get it.
