    no matter how good the story is

    these stocks need steady newsflow to keep the market & brokers interested

    this one needs to get the acquisition complete asap

    throw out news timeline

    organize a pump to raise cash for exploration before May/June

    otherwise could be a lot harder raising cash if leaving till after May
