great, but what's that got to do with giving away your position on what you want, ie 40%,) before the deal is done?

Even if they retained a further 5% it is beneficial. but seems as though they are telling parties not in the transaction what they are wanting.

Just thought that this is really odd (that they are telling ppl the exact percentage), since I do this everyday every day almost and I"ve never heard of ppl leaking info like that.
