itm54, Your post is very much on the money with logic and common sense. Better to have something on the table and still retain overall control of the project. I have been holding for just over 3 years, not as long as some, but still a long time, given i could have put the money somewhere else (Like BSE) and possibly made money. However if the ink does not get on the contract this time and the deal not done, then where to from here? You would possibly think some of the other parties who wanted in on the project and were knocked back will look at other avenues to get involved. Anyway i just hope its done and dusted by early Febraury and we can then sit back and enjoy the ride, because if it is done then GUN is a long term keeper with plenty of upside.
