I would see the "Major" take a 45% stake in the company by subscribing for new shares.
On top of that they will need to pay their share of the capital expenditure so far on the project.
You can make an educated guess yourself as to what these two values might be and what they will do to the share price.
Actually on the previous topic of todays share price move I think a new TZMI paid report became available on the weekend and this may account for the added interest in the company.
