IIP is a completely different company and the International partner is contracted to them. So IIP receive 100% of revenue. Intec is contracted to provide services to IIP. Intec is saying they will only get 2 Mill less some third party cost of the 6 Mill or 33% over the 3 years. The 50/50 only relates to there shareholding.
The above is just my take on it.
