the dr is now down -70% on his POK recommendation...i've never seen him maintain a HOLD on a loss that big before
i don't expect any FED permit progress before the year-end and suspect he will be forced to do a SELL sooner or later
that could be an entry point for someone with high risk tolerance (me)
