The non inclusion of losses in the calculation of the portfolio yield is of major concern to me. New subscribers always see a positve yield. This came to my attention when the loss on GOR was removed from the portfolio. IMHO it constitutes misleading and deceptive conduct and I will be discussing this with the ACCC and ASIC.
