Just my opinion, but perhaps people are a little worried where they will make money in the next two years. Assuming nickel prices stay where they are, then PAN is unlikely to grow that "huge pile of cash".

In all likelihood a lot of that cash will be burnt up getting the gold project at Gidgee off the ground. I believe they need to fast track the gold side of things so they are not reliant on an income stream from their nickel.
