unfortunately i do not know and IMO it should not be down to these levels. Couple of scenarios though: 1)keep SP down to make offer look good; 2)investors selling down to chase other quicker short term opportunties - only need to look at what some exploration stocks are currently doing. IMO WDR undervalued but an earlier post regarding certain issues seems to be a logical assumption as to why takeover offer being "pushed".
