Well times slipping by RB, and they only had a limited time to prove themselves, we've had no word as to how things are progressing, putting a drill in the ground IS a big deal and I don't remember any company I've been in (mainly oilers) that didn't make a big song and dance about it, so I'd be picking in KAB's case it hasn't happened. Regardless of whether they have or not, IF they are required to re-pay the $500,000.. where would they get that from?
From Noble's perspective, the $10M on offer is peanuts, so they have no reason to do deals with potential suppliers that can't make the first hurdle, I doubt they'd offer a time extension, and their techs would be well aware of wet seasons and how this MAY effect KAB's ability to prove themselves.
So, where would KAB get $500,000 to repay IF things fall over, and what would be the implications to future progress
