Imho they were happy to collect cash from existing holders, but weren't too hopeful (justified) so already got what they needed. The SPP being paying lip service to doing the right thing by small holders, whilst avoiding all the hassle and embarrassment of being spurned in a rights issue.
Hard to get excited about CVN imho, and the latest farm out tells you just how exciting some of our exploration permits are/were.
