Hey Bogs, I don't think you have really looked hard re the statement.. "I can't remember ever seeing a company release such an alarming statement."
Check out Page 15 of the below 2011 Financial report for SIRIUS

May not have the same Going concern statement, which I believe accountants/auditors make based on the current set of numbers available and the environment they are made in.. ie GFC!
The report basically states that they made a $9.2M loss that Fin Year and the share price was about $0.12c, give or take a cent.
Even this years report had them at a Total Comprehensive loss of $1.5M with a share price of around $0.05c in July.
How things can quickly change!
