    ESI only has a percentage equity interest in the project to the same percentage that it puts in.

    Playing 'Oliver Twist '- " please sir can I have some more" would most likely end up in larger funds as opposed to standing their and holding a billion dollar partners hand and asking for the same.... More funds for ESI mean more equity percentage
