I do think that the deserve a pay rise, not just now. CSI / money in the tin + confirmed deals then yes. it is too much to ask a non cash generating company at the moment. Can all change within the next few days, however IMO we have to see monash or other accross the line.
which is why i think that they will have something for us prior, otherwise the request is premature.
ask for your bonus after the JOB is done, not halfway through.
