Industry sources I speak to who are renting space from Data center operators have not even heard of NXT which would suggest to me that they are not marketing well! Dont get me wrong I like the stock but need to see some evidence of client penetration before I put my toe in the water again! They have by far the best centers c/p Maq Tel and VOC etc but also the most expensive! IMO
