Wild Duck - I agree some status on the $ value of new business signed will be key to breaking the funk around the SP - but I'm not sure they can say what accounts they have won - many clients appear to want their tenancy to be confidential - here in NZ Telstra's adverts "boast" that their security is so good they cant tell us who their cloud clients are.
