I doubt it . the selling has very much been in line with Arup being issued shares. Monash didnt have that many anyway They would have run out two months ago. Monash must still be trying to finalise T and C as they are diluting themselves now and any future shares they will hold by stalling, thus the stalling is most likely not by them. . Aldp will get monashian T and C over the line imo. The financiers will want the Aus gov't stamp of approval before they commit. I hope the next ann. is in July.
