There is as of now no binding Monash deal as it expired, no AGM was held to secure shareholder approval for Monash funds in this current quarter, as was previously announced.


All options are open and the " good omen " for management, provided we receive the ALDP funds, might well be in place.


Monash backed ESI verbally prior to ALDP. Since ALDP process changed the landscape of funding arrangements for the CDP, no commitment has as yet followed by Monash.

We are told that Monash is locked into discussions regarding the entire commercialisation process for Coldry.
A new arrangement with Monash might well be on the cards to provide short term funds.


There is a chance to find out such arrangement detail prior to the ALDP announcements, but it might as well only be publicly stated after.
