We all are frustrated with the price of the share
But if we have a good look in to it , maybe there is an explanation .
If there was some positive news out ... Monash for example , and ESI was 3-5 c or more , then IMO the pressure was going to be on the Minister .
If for some reason ECT was not selected , then the company can be accused for dishonesty .
No matter the angle I look at it , there can be big complications if ECT was more informative with theirs where abouts .
