last very few weeks, there were hevey feeder with 0.009 all time. Now, feeding at 0.008 again, I am sure this is the same feeder from sell side. Definitely, it is not mom and dad investors, it must be one of the instos,may be ARUP after shares issued with 0.007. They did not get pay with cash for their services, so they might selling and recovering money before end of June to rebalance their balance sheet.
