nwt just needs to get over 40.5 cents which seems like major resistance level over last few months-then could easily hit 50 cents-cant seem to breach the 40.5 cent wall.The traders have vested interest in keeping it between 33.5 and 40.5 as there has been a lot of money made in trading this over 20% differential.
