In other words what I am saying, is that charts are meaningless with a speculative stock like PRR - IN MY OPINION.
PRR's share price, in the end, will be determined by whatever scenario pops up at any particular time. In the meantime the manipulators continue to control what happens.
I believe that there is good reason for much optimism and that this will be reflected in the share price in due course.
In other words what I am saying, is that charts are meaningless...
