I also think 20-30 cents is a good estimate after a successful outcome. This could rise further once some ground work has been done in the following months.
This lead up to court case is different then the last with a possible 8 week long case some people may believe they have plenty of time to jump in and out in and out. I believe they would call for a hold on the stock at some point for a period of time but It would have to be closer to the end of the case. There is also some chance that this case could be much shorter than the 8 weeks allowed but will be hard to tell until the ball gets rolling.
My guess is a sharp run up to high 2's in the two weeks leading up to the case and then a price moving all over the place from 3-4 during. The last court case saw the price rise to 3.8c from memory but was played all the way back down to high 2's again when they placed the stock on hold.
