FWIW Scott Powers who has probably one of if not the best bio rep in Australia had a 12 month target for PAB released end of 2012 with a $0.12 base case & $0.21 optimistic - strangely enough at the time PAB was bang on this price @ $0.035c and to further strengthen that view PAB has met all the objectives outlined in the report.
There's even been a few more recent changes in the company that raise that upper target further but hey that's in my opinion & it's always the market that decides.
