There were too many dilutions. If it can go back to two dollars it would be very lucky. Management is not kind to shareholders. They prefer dilution and only cut expense at the last minutes. They prefer dilution than selling piece of the company at low price. I regret to have invested in this company from $2.8. Cameco was at $22 and now is the same. PDN drops to 45 cents.
