What PDN was is irrelevant . As correctly pointed out, every time there is a dilution, the ability of the SP to reach previous levels becomes much more difficult . A better measure is market cap as once you consider dilution you can see what SP the market cap will reach previous levels . For PDN to be 2 dollars ,both mines would need to be strongly cash flow positive which means a U price of around 70 IMO
