I think you misunderstood what I said as I agree with what you have just said.
I meant that the purchaser of cheap shares is doing so in anticipation of an eventual increase in share price and at the same time is protecting his interest by strategic purchase in order to prevent further decrease in share price. I believe that this is done in the belief that the asset value of the shares is considerably more than the market value of the shares before taking gold production into account. In other words the market value of the shares represents credibility not asset value which should be ten to twenty cents without allowing for gold production
