yes its a possible Takeover play .. but by who ???
or its a 2 point spread trader .. selling at 3.5 then buy at 3.3c .. its easy to do if you have plenty of shares to add to the sell side to spook buers down .. then remove sells after he buys to watch it crawl UP again for a fresh sell .
its been a TA pattern that's easy to do in a Quiet ..Low News environment .. until NDO starts drilling its wells .. buyers will be easily spooked by LARGE sell orders up the chain.
the seller has also let many NDO buyers get in cheaper around 3c last month .. now drilling is imminent .. seller had better move up the chain to 4c+ soon ..
