Mining company's love to brag about having low or no debt. However if funds are constantly comming from contiinuos new share releases as in the 10 percent allowable annually and regular fund raising share releases. This will mean that the company is oversubscribed. This saves management having to chase funding from banks etc.Now you have a company that unless it develops into a mega super mine the shares will struggle forever to reach 10 to 20 cents. Some of these companies become just a place for CEO's to hang their hats and take a salary. Meanwhile the small investor is the risk taker and the one who has no protection.
