The catalyst for BND picking up momentum will obviously be the approval of mining license by end of June. Then I think we will start hearing about JV funding arrangements etc. It's likely no big player will show too much of their hand until this date - once the project has a green light however - then we shall start seeing some long awaited returns. Once the green light is granted/funding arrangement announced and I then classified as pretty much a "sure thing", we should also start seeing some serious volume bought up by superfunds etc - pushing the price up where it belongs.
Just my view - been following/invested in this one for a very long time.
