Tokyo, thanks for your response. The current sentiment for coal, thermal coal, in particular is poor. Many of the large producers are making no or little money. Coal price in usd ( its not as bad in aus $) is at the lowest since the gfc due to a glut in supply. Shorters are using this REALITY to make their money. BND have a strong balance sheet that have got them to this point but there are upcoming financial commitments mentioned in previous posts, which will pressure their balance sheet. More significantly bnd needs to secure funding to go into prod. The current cash reserve is well short of the required amount. That said, the current CEO is well paid (actual salary is in the last annual report) so it is his responsibility to deliver to the plan and provide value to the sh. I am not disagreeing with you there but think it only fair that we look at the REALITY before passing judgement.
