share price

the fse share price has remained at .005....according to the asx....but I have a friend who bought 200000 at.006 on Thursday last week, through his comsec account, but it will never show as comsec said the settlement was not done through asx, so the price fluctuation will not be recorded. that doesn't sound right to me, because if you bought the 3 mill now on offer at .006 through a non-asx settlement e.g. chi-ex, then it will just show as disappearing from sale, not as a sale. anybody have any thoughts on this?
