Fully operational at $80 ton with all in cost $62 ton and 3.5 bil borrowing at say 7.5% the share price of 5 cents is about full value with 3.82 bil shares.
Still very attractive economics for cashed up giant willing to pay 50 - 60 cents share takeover price.
However at 100 ton assuming a 15% per share return the share price would be >$1.
Can Wal finally get a deal done one way or the other? Maybe when price rebounds.
