TON should still be on the up with all the great news and given it is so fundamentally undervalued if anything is going to buck the trend it should be TON. Half the reason the graphite sector is in decline is because TON's results have been so good. Half the reason SYR has been pulling back is because TON's results have been so good. IMHO there are some sellers having a serious brain fart and getting caught up in emotion. For every share sold there is another one being bought... Incredible leverage available ATM and I wouldn't be surprised to see TON close GREEN.
