Certainly TON will need to raise funds, and soon. My opinion is that they have left the move late. How they raise it is no big question because any method will lower the SP. Raising just $5m is a waste of effort and money; my guess is around $15m to fund ahead up to six months. That will drop the SP to ~15c .
The thing to consider is, does TON have a short term future?
