Well Lucapa are the biggest loser here if this 'manipulation' is illegal.
They are also presumably well versed in what has being going on with the SP.
So begs the question...
Why do Lucapa not report to ASIC?
Perhaps they feel there is not a case to answer or too hard to prove but hey if it means the SP is allowed to find a higher level and makes the oppies come into play then why not at least register your concern.
Perhaps they do not want to draw attention to themselves for some reason.
