a bit optimistic I reckon - volumes small, prices variable, no trend in the SP. I think people are just waiting is all and tweaking the price when it looks like falling or rising. I do agree though that an announcement is or should be imminent given the previous advice about the coal mine timelines suggested things should be happening now to get teh money coming in.
