If UML gives up Dargues project, you will see SP 2c immediately! People just doubt it, that's the only reason for me that the SP sitting less than 50% of cash backing.

HOWEVER, The UML board has successfully developed Henty project, I trust their choice is right! If Dargues project can bring positive cash flow, you will see SP north to 5C-10C.
