I think the market is as confused as the rest of us.
No clarification or further detail re the Kratos Press release [like how are we financing it for instance]. Also the ExIm saga drags on without any news at all.
First 1/2 2015 financials out next week.
IMO the market thinks it is a good time to sit on its hands.
All will be revealed soon.
