Insurer payout not guaranteed, who would want to buy Koolan or EH? I doubt BHP, RIO, FMG would be interested. May also be hard to shift a shit load of dumpys etc in this market.
Best option would be care and maintenance, hold onto both projects for hopefully better days to come in a few years time. Branch out into Copper/Gold, maybe look at foreign projects like Troy resources successfully did.
Doing nothing is killing this company, at-least explore and do something.
