Nope I'd say the only way we would have found out who took part in the placement would be if they are either a director or end up owning more than 5% of the co. after doing so.

Yes, pilot plant needs to prove up...and no reason why it wont. Investors want certainty before jumping in on a new product and with one jv already signed and 6 mill raised we should see a quick TAT...imo
