Why isnt it so that directors,managers,ceos,or anyone on a company board have there wages tied to the share price,do away with all entitlements,have them receive a wage set by the shareholders and have it tied to the shareprice,wouldnt that make people in charge at the company make better decisions for all shareholders.The time for company board rep entitlements should be over,with no golden parachutes.Im not in favour of a share consolidation just yet.
