The price will reflect the surplus in the bank. Simple as that.
If they sold everything right now we would have .35 to .40 cents a share.
.24 cents has priced in a year it two if making a loss. Funny enough they are still profitable. But may not be if orice declines. It will dip into this zone just a matter of how long it does, that is your risk!
