Harm, sorry mate ,but have to disagree. What you're forgetting is that if all the oppies are converted, that's nearly 20 mill in the kitty. Granted, a lot more shares on the registry, but I think it's been factored into the current price. Given that LOMOB are currently running at parity or better than the heads, there is ample opportunity for those not intending to hold, to get out. On that basis, I can't see any mass sell down coming in April, all things remaining equal. The temptation for some to sell will come if the S/P really takes off, and I see that as a stronger possibility, given impending announcements. Time will tell. I know one sure fire way of getting all the announcements out on 1 day. Just sell my shares, in the hope of buying them back cheaper for a stag profit. Nothing surer there will be a trading halt before the funds are even cleared into my account! Bring on gazetting, and GLTA, whatever your strategy may be.
