If anyone definitely knew the answers to your questions, they would most likely not be posting on HC, they would be travelling around the world spending their money.
Personally I think that anything is possible short term ... depending on expected announcements or lack thereof.
Longer term (as activities increase during the dry season) one should expect the share price to increase with multiple and continuous positive announcements (albeit not as often as has previously been the case). The share will always fluctuate (as investors try to outsmart the market and each other), but one would expect the trend to be upwards.
In other words, Patience is required.
Good luck and hope all goes well Big Finn ... the trick which you probably know is "don't do what the sheep are doing" ... buy when no-one seems interested (E.g. Now is a good time).
